The best safaris are in the heart of the Thar desert, around Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Bikaner. Variations from 3 days to 15 days are organized, though the optimum is a week long safari. Care is taken not to pass close to any major towns, and camping at small villages, avoiding any proximity to roads with vehicular traffic. We have attempted to recreate the atmosphere of the old caravan journeys. Musicians accompany the caravan, and halts are called outside villages where the local villagers may be invited to join the campfire hospitality. Add to this sightseeing tours to Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner and Jaisalmer and you can look forward to a lifetime experience of the Royal Rajputana. Our desert hospitality team will lead you through this exciting desert safari.

Day 1	Bharva - Malji ki Dhani.
Day 2	Malji ki Dhani - Jhawand - Mulana Dunes.
Day 3	Mulana Dunes - Degh Malji ki temple - Devikot.
Day 4	Devikot - Chod Akay Fossil Park - Drive to Jaisalmer.

What is included:
Hotel/camping/forest lodge on twin sharing. All meals, welcome drinks and chota pegs. Transportation. All transfers. Local sightseeing, entrance fees. Tours managers for all groups of 6 or more.

What is NOT included:
Transport to and from start of the safari. Expenses of a personal nature.

How to Prepare:
It is best to go in a group of minimum 4 persons. Make sure what is being provided on the safari, so you can carry whatever is not being given. It is necessary to find out who is ofering good, reliable service.

What to Carry:
Bring something comfortable to sit on otherwise you will go back with sore legs. A wide brimmed hat, sun cream, personal water bottle, sleeping bag.
